it was a great place to stay in mecca. all facilities were clean too. could use their free parking. location close enough to al haram mosque and baqala and restaurants and al masjid al haram.

The staff was very rude.

View was picturesque, breakfast was well prepared, and beds were comfortable. There was a comfortable bar with lots of different food, such as burgers, fries, pizza, salads and ice cream. Hotel offered wireless in the lobby.

We had a really nice stay at this contemporary hotel. We stayed here previous time, the location was easy, away from The Holy mosque. The service was good. Plus their wifi was free.

Very pleasant overall experience. I loved that the lobby was lovely. The staff was KIND, took good care of everyone. I had a fresh breakfast, it was included and featured coffee, milk, eggs, omelette and fresh fruit.

Management went the extra mile for us. The customer service here was exemplary too. The hotel was just next door a supermarket and stores. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Pizza Hut that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was right by Al Haramin "Mina 1 ‎" train station. Ajyad district was worth visiting. We loved the fact that we chose midan. Pizza Hut is an easy walk to the property...
